Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling and a clear, concise and friendly communication style.
§ Prior experience in international contact centre preferred
General understanding of auto loan and insurance preferred but not mandatory
§ Ability to listen attentively to customers and provide clear communication
§ Customer Service skills with passion to wow customers
§ excellent problem solving skills and will be quick to get to the crux of the matter
§ Ability to recognize and react to unusual customer situations and take appropriate action
§ Working knowledge of MS office
§ Make outbound calls
Experience required: loans, insurance, claims, credit & debit services, personal banker, teller
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
