Founded in 2008 by principal broker, Mike Parker, his goal was to start a real estate company that operated on The Golden Rule, to "Treat others as you would want to be treated". Since then, PRIME has grown from a small building with a handful of agents, to a competitive boutique real estate office with over 25 Realtors serving buyers, sellers and developers.
Job Summary:
Are you friendly, upbeat, organized and detail oriented? We need you to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Light cleaning & hospitality -Make coffee, offer drinks to visitors, ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, loading/running dishwasher as needed
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as maintaining forms files, photocopying, sending emails, data entry into Multi List System, writing receipts and maintaining log of items dropped off
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., copier and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strong proofreading skills for written communications
- Data entry expertise for maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with phone systems for handling incoming calls effectively
- Administrative background to support various office tasks
