We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in promoting our pest control services, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities :

1. Sales Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques.

2. Client Consultation : Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop customized pest control solutions tailored to address their specific requirements.

3. Product Knowledge : Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our pest control services, methodologies, and products to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to potential clients.

5. Sales Presentations : Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to educate clients on the importance of pest management, the scope of our services, and the advantages of choosing our company.

6. Quoting and Proposal Development : Prepare accurate quotes and proposals outlining service details, pricing, and terms in accordance with company guidelines and client expectations.

7. Sales Pipeline Management : Manage sales pipeline activities, including tracking leads, following up on inquiries, scheduling appointments, and closing sales in a timely manner.

8. Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, operations, and management, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.

9. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic positioning.

10. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance metrics using CRM software or other designated systems.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the pest control industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
