Seeking a motivated Office Assistant to work at the Front Desk in our Prime IV Hydration & Wellness spa.

We are a medical spa that offers re-hydration therapy to an upscale market. This position works in our comfortable, relaxing, spa-like storefront location. The position is unique and low stress, and calls for a customer oriented, cheerful individual to assist the medical staff in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Front Desk Duties: Including but not limited to, greeting customers, explaining servives, taking phone calls, making appointments, patient check-in/check-out, post-treatment follow up with patients, etc.
• Stocking, cleaning, Spa maintenance

Experience and Skills required:

• Excellent Customer service
• Organized, self-motivated, driven to excel
• Basic computer skills, specifically related to systems such as Booker or Mindbody for booking appointments, checking in and checking out, billing and receipts
• Sales experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
