As a Vice President, Medical Communications you will be responsible and accountable for the strategic, operational and commercial leadership of the agency team under your care, ensuring alignment with the Prime Group vision, VOS and values. You will play a leadership role in supporting organic and business development activities across the practice and wider group and have an active role on the Medical Communications Group leadership Team (GLT), providing strategic solutions to improve outcomes in the practice.

• 10 years ‘relevant’ experience preferably in a full-service medical communications agency
• Ideally a life sciences degree, preferably combined with a Master’s or PhD, or other relevant qualification
• Excellent interpersonal / relationship development skills – able to influence colleagues and clients, and to actively listen

• Solutions-based, with complex problem-solving ability
