Prime Energy Solar is seeking highly motivated candidates to join our growing team in Connecticut.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Prime Energy Solar in a professional manner by increasing solar awareness and becoming a solar energy advisor.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to refine your skills and develop your leadership qualities.
• Guarantee a positive and outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
• Exceed individual and team sales objectives.
• This is a door-to-door sales role.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills. Bilingualism is not required, but it's a plus.
• Solar sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Able to multitask, solve problems, and set priorities.
• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Adaptable and self-driven
• Exceptional abilities in critical reasoning
