Primary Arms, LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Reports To: PAG Inside Sales & Operations Manager
Job OverviewThe Inside Sales and Operation Specialist fulfills both strategic and tactical functions during the sales process. This role leads all sales operations and assigned programs in the division.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize sales operations processes, such as order management, customer segmentation, pricing, quoting, payment, and lead management
  • Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts
  • Responds to order-related information requests from other departments throughout the organization
  • Records information and ensures quality of data in CRM and other internal systems that support sales, agency survey information, production, and financial management
  • Administers Trade-in Program
  • Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and create reports to track progress and performance
  • Collaborate with the field and acquisition sales teams to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals
  • Create and manage sales documentation, including sales plans, training manuals, SOPs, and job aids
  • Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, explaining stock-outs
  • Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining PAG programs
  • Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Oversees Trade-in process and coordinates opportunities with Merchandising and Operations Teams
  • Customer cold calls and emails to generate business as needed
  • Attend tradeshows when needed
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and perform other duties, as needed, within Primary Arms
Skills And Qualifications
  • 3 years any of these field’s experience required; inside sales, sales operations, sales analyst, operations management, business development, program or project management
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • NetSuite experience preferred
  • Experience in Local, State, and Federal government sales is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBi and CRM software
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Able to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Prospecting and closing skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies, and objectives
  • Able to travel if needed
  • Vision to grow in the company
