Job Opening: Office Manager at Prima Family Dental

Location: Reading, Massachusetts

Company Overview: Prima Family Dental is a leading dental practice committed to providing our patients with the highest standard of dental care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

  • Manage patient billing, including MassHealth billing.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain patient records using Dentimax software.
  • Primary contact and resource for doctors in the practice.
  • Provide work flow direction for auxiliary staff.
  • Reporting, interpreting and responding to practice metrics to improve office performance.
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience managing a dental practice.
  • Experience in dental billing and office management.
  • Knowledge of Dentimax software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MassHealth billing procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience in utilization management and acute care settings.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour with Referral Program bonus benefits

  • Tuesday 8:45am-5 pm
  • Wednesday 8:45am -6pm
