Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Assistant to join our team. As a Construction Assistant, you will work closely with our construction team to assist in various tasks related to construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about construction and wants to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Duties:
- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to:
- Restoring and repairing structures
- Using power tools for cutting, drilling, and shaping materials
- Assisting with masonry and hardscape projects
- Hanging doors and installing windows
- Reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Assisting with electrical work under the supervision of a licensed electrician
- Assisting with flooring installation
- Operating heavy equipment as needed
- Assisting with remodeling projects

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
- Basic knowledge of masonry, hardscape, door hanging, electrical work, and flooring installation is a plus
- Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
