Pay : $20-23 / hr.

This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities :

• First responder to inbound phone queue (repeat clientele).
• Maintains awareness, alertness and acuteness in all customer and team interactions.
• Maintain current product knowledge.
• Process orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to order inquiries (written and verbal).
• Inform customers of order delays.
• Build relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
• Respond to pre and post sales customer service requests.
• Timely response to email and voicemail inquiries.
