Inside Sales Representative
Location : Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid / Remote)
Pay Rate : $20.19 / hour
Do you have a warm and friendly personality and a professional phone voice? Are you looking for a long-term career in sales?
PrideStaff is looking for an inside sales representative for a client in Alpharetta. This position is hybrid / remote with 3 days in office and 2 days remote per week.
Success in the Inside Sales Rep role requires a results-driven mentality with significant time on the telephone.
- Sales training and leads provided.
- No weekend hours or overtime necessary!
- Total estimated compensation calculated on base commission monthly bonus programs with uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver presentations via telephone in a pleasant, professional, and confident manner
- Make 70 - 100 calls per day
- Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis
Requirements :
- Telephone Sales in a high volume, metrics-driven environment required.
- Professional speaking voice a must.
- Experience with prospecting and cold calling
- Creatively develop sales leads
- Prior success with one call close sales
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Resilience and an ability to overcome objections
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Be computer literate in Windows operating system and proficient In MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adhere to all company presentation guidelines and policies
- Be a person of honesty, ethics and integrity
- Possess high energy and strong desire to achieve top results
- Be highly self-motivated and dependable
