We are working with a dynamic and growing company who operates in a very niche industry. They are committed to excellence, and are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join the team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with expertise in managing multi-state payroll and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. Currently the payroll who handle between 400-500 people. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in a high volume payroll position.

This is an in-office position in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely for all employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Maintain employee payroll records and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with payroll-related inquiries from employees and management
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll processes efficiently

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, with a focus on multi-state payroll
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required
- Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
