Overview:
Your Role:
- Accounts payable: invoice entry, statement reconciliation, and communication with vendors as needed.
- Cash and credit card reconciliations both daily and monthly
- Accounts receivable: assist team in invoicing and managing incoming group deposits.
- Month-end journal entry prep to assist with month-end financial close.
COMPENSATION: $20.00 an hour
Must have previous accounts payable experience.
Hotel AP experience preferred.
