Job Description
- Process Accounts Payable and review vendor statements.
- Manage Accounts Receivable.
- Handle payroll and employee paperwork to include preparing time sheets, tracking PTO, and updating all expense reports.
- Prepare monthly reports and present to supervisor on the first of the month.
- Sort daily mail and complete other tasks as assigned.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- 3-Years of recent Full Charge Bookkeeping experience.
- Must be comfortable managing entire companies accounting independently
- Must be experienced with QuickBooks. Expert Level for online or desktop
- Experienced in Excel & Word
- Strong math skills
- Monday-Friday
- 8 AM - 5 PM
- $25-$35/hour
- Depending upon experience
