Front Office Administrator

Naples and Bonita Springs

PrideStaff, a National Staffing Agency, responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals.

We are looking for a Front Office Administrator for one of our client's busy medical office at their Naples and Bonita Springs locations.

The right candidate for this position will have experience running a medical office, front office scheduling, medical billing, have working knowledge of QuickBooks, and very organized, .

This is a full-time temp-to-hire position.

Pay Rate : $18 - $25 / hr. DOE

Schedule / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Location : Naples and Bonita Springs Locations Available

Front Office Administrator Required Skills :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is required
  • Previous Medical office experience and running the business
  • Previous medical billing experience
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in person
  • Experience with office equipment such as copier, fax, scanner, and multi-line phones
  • Front office scheduling experience
  • Must be able to thrive and multitask in a busy environment
  • Organized
  • Compose memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations
  • Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports
