Pride Health is hiring for a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist to support our client’s medical facility based in Southgate, MI . This is a Direct Hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• with adult population.
• a caseload consisting of clients with primary diagnosis of substance abuse/chemical dependence and/or mental health.
• therapist is required to: conduct intake assessments, maintain the case record in a timely fashion, complete authorizations with various funding sources in a timely manner as required, and conduct appropriate individual and group psychotherapy.

Qualifications:

• have a Masters in Social Work or related field from an accredited program and the corresponding State of Michigan Licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, Ph.D/LP, LLPC, LPC).
• year experience working with adult clients with substance abuse/chemical dependency and / or mental health diagnosis.
• also be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional provisional certification with full certification being obtained within 4 months of accepting the role.

• Type: Direct Hire
• Monday through Thursday 8:30am – 9:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30am- 5pm but evening hours will be required and determined based on program needs. On call hours after 5:00 pm for the DBT program clients, as well, 7 days a week.
• Range: $50,000- $73,000

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
