Job Description: Registered Nurse - Associate Director of Nursing

Job Summary:

• Assume shift responsibility for patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards while implementing quality improvement programs.
• Manage operational performance, budgets, and staffing schedules.
• Foster a patient-focused caring environment, collaborate with healthcare team members, and develop nursing care standards.

• Location: Brooklyn, NY 11213
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Pay Range: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
• Standard Shift: Night Shift needed 12p - 8:15a - 8x5

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in nursing and current RN license in New York State.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with previous supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
