Responsibilities of the Pediatric Oncology Nursing Director include providing strategic leadership and vision across the inpatient and outpatient pediatric oncology service line, implementing quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing the department budgets, preparing for upcoming accreditation and surveys, and updating policies and procedures.
