Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who meets the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable/ Receivable role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Experience with 3-Way PO Match.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High organizational aptitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to pass Background and Drug Test screening.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation
- Previous experience in an accounting clerk role
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
Work authorization: United States (Required)
