Full service pest control company is looking for a Customer Service Manager. Our CSMs are responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls. They work to keep our accounts receivables clean & up to date, and lead our teams by processing all service opportunities and/or complaints. Also, CSMs verify that all work done by our field teams (route managers & termite techs) are processed on a daily basis each morning. Lastly they scan files into our computer system(s) & lead the way in maintaining clean and organized filing systems in our offices. Benefits, 401(k) and competitive compensation offered.
