Holiday Inn Express and Suites (IHG brand) is looking for a Part-Time Weekend Night Auditor/Agent.

The Night Auditor/Agent position is responsible for the Front Desk operation during the over-night shift from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM.

*Paid training for the position

*Checking In Guests

*Making Reservations

*Conducting Security walks

*Compiling and reviewing Business Day transactions for all shifts

*Running End-of-Day routine

*Printing Reports; Compiling Audit Pack

*Preparing Arrivals and Printing Sign-in Sheets

*Printing and delivering Express Checkout Receipts

*Checking Out Guests

Respond to guest inquiries in a friendly, timely manner; monitors Security and Emergency systems at the Front Desk; note and report suspicious activity; promotes teamwork through communication and coordination with other departments.

*Preference given to Hotel Experience and Opera software experience
