```Duties:```
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and logic controllers.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
```Qualifications:```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working with electrical systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
