Recruiting Specialist- Corp-TX
Job Purpose
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for both recruiting and employee retention. This position will recruit, interview, and refer applicants for a variety of positions throughout the company.
The objective is to replace lost employees as quickly and economically as possible with sustainable candidates.The Recruiting Specialist will develop, deliver, and maintain the company’s onboarding program for various positions.
This will include orientation, training, and ongoing communication. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to company needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.At least (2) years related experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS : · Bilingual (English / Spanish)· Self-motivated with demonstrated ability in decision-making, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Highest level of integrity.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· General computer knowledge including Microsoft Operating System, MS Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, HRIS database software, and typing skills.
