Responsibilities
- The HR Director will be responsible for the management of all HR related tasks and programs for employees.
- The manager will partner with Human Resources (HR) teams and Appointing Authorities to ensure healthcare management and enhancement initiatives are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
- HR experience in LTC/SNF
- Any combination of education and experience may be substituted, so long as it provides the desired skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
