Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll management? We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled HR/Payroll Manager to join our nursing home!

Position Overview:

As the HR/Payroll Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources and payroll functions within our nursing home facility. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Manage payroll processing, including timekeeping, deductions, tax filings, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•  Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for staff inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
• Oversee employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
• Proven experience in HR management, particularly in payroll administration, ideally within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
•  Strong knowledge of payroll systems, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
