Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and gather information about potential customers
• Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.
• Mentor other colleagues and lead training sessions.
• Directly communicate with homeowners, introducing them to Presidential Exteriors' products and services.
• Present and explain the benefits of our home exterior solutions, tailoring the presentation to each homeowner's needs and preferences.
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed goals.
• Comfortable working in outdoor and residential settings.
• Ability to adapt to various situations and effectively handle objections.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
• Strong organizational skills to keep track of leads and maintain accurate records.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
• BA/BS preferred
