Prescription Landscape is Hiring a Bilingual Recruiter Near Saint Paul, MN
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and maintain all employee files and records.
- Maintain I9 folders at each branch location and within Company’s HRIS system.
- Maintain current files and records for eligible drivers in Company’s HRIS system.
- Create job postings that reflect current organizational needs in English and Spanish.
- Keep candidate tracking data up to date.
- Greet walk in applicants and assist with the application process as needed.
- Assist with interviews during periods of high demand or with Spanish-speaking applicants.
- Send offer letters and background screens to applicants.
- Track and maintain employment status for all company employees.
- Review policies and assist with accurate Spanish translation.
