Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. MODELING and SIMULATION Engineer III (M&S) to support a federal government client.

Sr. MODELING and SIMULATION Engineer III (M&S)

Description:

• Conduct M&S architecture definition, implementation, validation, and testing.
• Possess experience with AFSIM, ITASE and familiarity with NGTS and MatLab products that support these simulation environments.
• Interact with users to define and optimize new M&S functionality for applications in support of USMC.
• Designs, develops and codes models for specific systems as directed.
• Designs, develops, and conducts simulations using constructed models and IC library models in scenarios as directed and supports wargaming exercises in a simulated environment.
• Develops and visualizes operational concepts, performs M&S and data analysis to refine, demonstrate, and assess these concepts.

Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

• At least 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired education:

• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

Location:

• Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, Quantico, VA.
