Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Program Manager (PM) who will be responsible for the performance of work on the Counterespionage Division (CED) contract. The PM will work at the CED headquarters (Quantico) to manage all of the personnel of all labor categories. This individual shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all matters pertaining to the operation of this contract. The PM must be available between 0800 and 1630 on Monday thru Friday except Federal Holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative purposes. The PM must be able to meet, as necessary, with government personnel or their designated representatives to discuss contract performance and/or problem areas. 

Job Requirements

The PM must have a minimum of two (2) years cumulative program management experience in counterintelligence (CI) activities. Additionally, the PM must be a graduate of an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school and have a minimum of 10 years' experience conducting CI collection, CI functional services, CI investigations, or CI operations.
