Position Responsibilities:
- Apply financial expertise to produce, manage, and utilize fiscal documents, budget projections, spend plans.
- Write and coordinate Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) Requests.
- Assist with the development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Requests.
- Coordinate resource packages for various logistical, material, and physical artifacts.
- Work closely with Government teams to assist with fiscal quality control activities.
- Initiate and monitor funding requests in various DoD and internal financial systems, Defense Acquisition Initiative (DAI) and the Acquisition and Budget Management Tool (ABM)
- Assist CoS staff officer with other duties, such as:
- Coordinate with other divisions.
- Follow-up on actions.
- Finalize multi-division tasks.
- Attend designated meetings as required to assist with various portfolio and program needs.
- Create a wide variety of documents to include reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist in business process reviews and development.
