Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in account analysis, tax preparation, and general ledger reconciliation. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Conduct periodic audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Provide support during financial audits

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software ( QuickBooks)
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
- Familiarity with account analysis and bank reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
