Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating leads. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to prospective customers and introduce our products or services
- Use sales scripts to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM software
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends

Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and negotiate over the phone
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets
