Mission of the Cost Technician position:

• Previous experience with commercial equipment, dish machines preferred.
  • Candidates will have a minimum of a technical background in the repair & maintenance field may apply.

• Field Technicians, are a branch of the sales team and also have growth targets:
  • A natural ability in sales and professional confidence with customers a plus. Technicians should never be afraid to ask questions, listen to the customers needs and find solutions.
  • You should be comfortable to go on cold calls and strike up a conversation with unknown accounts to develop and grow new business.
• Time Management:
  • Reliable and able to work responsibly based on the needs of the business.
  • Keep in touch with the head office through daily email and weekly reports.
  • People should say you have a good work ethic!
  • You should be responsive and good with customers.
    • Follow up at your earliest opportunity. We are customer service centric.
• Talented and interested in all types of mechanical repair.
• Understand or the ability to learn concentrated dispensed chemical programs.
• Able to maintain your schedule and perform:
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Emergency service
  • Understanding how to manage warranty service and non-warranty repair work
  • Site survey, mapping out a program, proposal, implementation and Installation
• Able to take emergency calls, from VIP accounts. If the machine is down, you'll be bale to trouble shoot, fix and resolve the issue properly.
• Clean, neat and organized; shows a professional personal image and like to be proud of the job you do!
• A good driver with a reliable vehicle (mileage is paid for) and enjoy being productive, on the road helping to service accounts.
