We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable dental front office person for our family dental practice in Irvine, California. This job is for Monday through Thursday.
You must have dental front office experience to apply, experience with Open Dental software is a plus
We are a small, private office in the Woodbridge area of Irvine . We value our patients and prioritize ethical and ideal dentistry with excellent customer service. We are PPO providers but do NOT accept HMO or Medicare plans. We are looking for someone to help grow the office while maintaining our professional and personal touch. We are currently seeing patients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8-5. Tuesdays are administration days and hours are flexible
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years prior dental office experience and be able to handle a variety of front office duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, presenting treatment plans, and verifying insurance coverage.
Responsibilities: * Answer phones and schedule appointments * Verify insurance coverage * Greet patients and check them in for appointments * Manage patient records and update as needed * Assist with billing and collections * Treatment plan presentation * Perform other front office duties as assigned Requirements: * Prior dental office experience is required * Excellent communication skills * Professional and friendly demeanor * Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $25-28 per hour depending on experience We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
