Responsibility for this position includes but not limited to the following responsibilities for orCenter/Med Spa

• provide valuable procedural information and education to new and existing patients
• check patients in and provide the necessary paperwork
• create new patients charts
• upkeep necessary forms for new and existing patients
• confirm future appointments via telephone and text
• answers multiple phone lines with a professional, welcoming voice and attitude
• schedule appointments
• Upkeep of leads and lead follow up
• interpretation for Spanish speaking patients
• assist to upkeep lobby, guest restroom, staff kitchen, and reception area
• client file upkeep
• special projects as requested by manager

*Flexible schedule and 2 half days on some Saturdays a month is a must.
*Black scrubs attire required
*Tattoos MUST be covered during business hours -no exceptions.

Experience:

• reception and/or call center: 2 years (Preferred)
• professional customer service: 2 years (Required)
