We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Specialist with a background in Agriculture Trucking to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and specific Ag industry knowledge. The role involves:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Ensure timely payments from customers
• Accurate payments reconciliation
• Promt payment of invoices received
• Resolving billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Process payroll through Quickbooks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience as an accounting specialist or in a similar role, with specific knowledge of agriculture trucking industry practices and billing processes.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP standards
• Exellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation
• Proficent in using accounting software Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
