Premier Real Estate Management is Hiring a Part Time Property Manager Near Oconomowoc, WI

Premier Real Estate Management is looking for an enthusiastic person with previous customer service experience to assist us with managing our luxury apartment community in downtown Oconomowoc, WI, The Gateway. As Property Manager you will ensure the property is well-maintained, be responsible for all aspects of leasing and coordinate maintenance requests.

Successful candidates must be able to multitask, be organized and have strong people skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording and updating details of applicants and entering information into our computer systems accurately and timely.
  • Conducting property tours with prospective residents.
  • Reviewing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
  • Working with current residents to provide information and coordinate maintenance requests.

Job Type: Part-Time 12-15 hours per week.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Previous experience a plus.
