Part time Property Manger 920 on Park

Duties to Include:

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws

- Handle administrative tasks such as leasing

- Maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and conflict resolution

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and overseeing contractors

- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards

- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting the condition of units

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in property management laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field
• Strong leadership background, with the ability to multi-task and organizational skills
• Yardi software experience is preferred but not a must
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Compensation:

$16-$17 hr. Based on experience
