DUTIES

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and answer any questions they may have
- Process rental applications
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages, if delegated by the property manager.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure that the property is well-maintained and meet quality standards
- Market available properties through various channels such as posting ads on Craigslist to attract potential tenants

- Clean apartments, if delegated by the property manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in Yardi and Rent Cafe' or similar property management software is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
