Premier Radiology Services LLC is Hiring a Human Resources Business Partner Near Miami, FL

Job Title: Premier Human Resources Business Partner

Position Summary: Premier Radiology Services, LLC has an immediate need for an HR Business Partner. We’re looking for an experienced professional with a background in Human Resources and personnel management. Our growing firm employs a mix of salaried and contracted individuals, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing every aspect of their employment needs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the hiring process and ensuring all professionals, from executives on down, are in compliance with federal, state, and in-house regulatory requirements and procedures.

In addition to day-to-day HR support, meaningful experience with post-close M&A integration and ERP implementations is highly preferred. Premier Radiology Services, LLC is pursuing strategic growth opportunities through mergers and acquisitions that will require the post close integration of our new partners from recently acquired entities. Premier is also expected to go through an ERP implementation in 2024.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Essential Functions

  • Works with senior leadership to recruit and fill all open positions.
  • Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
  • Develops and implements changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed.
  • Assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's wage and salary program.
  • Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
  • Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development for the organization.
  • Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Develops and maintains a human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel information needs.
  • Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.

Human Resources

  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns across multiple states.
  • Employee onboarding, development & training.
  • Recruiting and staffing.
  • Forecasts headcount needs in line with business growth.
  • Performance management and improvement systems.
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Employee Relations.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
  • Coordinates implementation of services, policies and programs to support employees and staff.
  • Oversee training & development for staff: Guide, direct, and train staff.

Knowledge and skills preferred:

  • Experience with post-close merger and acquisition integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 5 years' experience in human resources department
  • 2 years' experience in a HR leadership position
  • Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions
  • Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills

Required licensure / certification registration:

  • SPHR certification or willingness to attain once hired

Job location / Working Conditions / Equipment:

  • Miami / S. Florida preferred, hybrid or remote possible.
