• Obtain a thorough knowledge and understanding of our services, programs and internal standards to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communication with families, lead generation and brand awareness 
• Work with our leadership team to create and manage company marketing brand guide 
• Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, practice website and new service line campaigns
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and participate in growth and development projects 
• Cross train for front desk coverage including fielding calls, scheduling appointments, data entry into the practice's electronic health record and supporting our therapy team, as needed 
• All other duties as assigned 

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of formal education. 
• Minimum 1-3 years marketing experience 
• Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Windows 11, Outlook, etc.) 
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills 
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy
• Decisiveness with the ability to independently problem solve 
• Exceptional customer service skills 
• Successful completion of an FBI Background Check
• Negative TB test 
• Proof of full vaccinations against COVID-19 

• Bilingual English/Spanish 
• Experience working in a pediatric setting 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or similar programs 
• Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
