Deer Meadows is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Medical Technician in our Personal Care Home.

OVERNIGHT PART TIME, Starting Rate $16/HR, Benefits Elligible, must be available every other weekend.

In this role, you will provide direct resident care, follow established policies and procedures while providing care and respecting confidentiality at all times, and complement care of the resident area with other facility personnel, such as food service, housekeeping and activities.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Current or eligible for certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & First Aid
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in Long Term Care not required but preferred
• If you do not have a Current state certification for medication administration, we can help!
• Perfect position for those with dreams of entering the Nursing Field!
• Certified Medical Assistants Welcomed!

As an essential worker you will be expected to:

• Help the Residents with Daily Living Activities

• Pass out Medication and document accordingly

• Assist in Medication Management, including re-ordering medications

• Help pass out trays for meals

• Take direction from the Nurse, or Upper management to help in other ways.
