About us
We are small but growing Property Manager in the Philadelphia area:
Looking for someone to perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the houses/apartments are maintained according to established quality standards while interfacing with tenants.
In our ongoing efforts to improve our business, we are looking for a skilled Certified Technician to join our Maintenance Team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various routine and preventive maintenance procedures on factory equipment and fixtures. The successful candidate will have experience with electrical and mechanical diagnostics, electrical systems troubleshooting, circuit breaker replacement and be able to perform basic electrical wiring tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
