Premier Facility Management is seeking part time cleaning professionals with prior commercial cleaning experience, and demonstrated attention to detail to carry out cleaning and detailing duties on a multisite cleaning route in and around Puyallup, WA. Individuals in this position will ensure multiple buildings, grounds, and equipment are kept in a clean, orderly, and functional condition per contract and company specifications, while adhering to all rules and instructions as established.
Hourly, non-exempt.

Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday (Mon-Sat)

Hours:

• ~21 hours per week
• More hours possible

Wage:

• $19 per hour
• $200 Hiring bonus after 90 day

Responsibilities:

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, cleaning windows and mirrored surfaces, polish stainless steel & surfaces, & other tasks as required.)
• Travel to and from Client locations.
• Sanitize and disinfection of surfaces and furniture.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Cooperation and compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies. Including all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Follow written and/or verbal instructions regarding the use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Other cleaning, custodial or other duties as directed or required.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a cleaner.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Punctual & dependable attendance.
• Able to communicate with management in a timely manner, reporting issues, requesting supplies, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or less on a frequent basis.
• Ability to understand and adhere to Company policies in all areas.
• Personal cell phone with internet access.
• Use of work related apps on personal phone.
