Description
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent and 1-4 years corporate accounting or audit experience preferred. CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.

2. Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes)
3. Virtual interview with Controller (30 minutes)
4. Final round of Interviews with CFO and additional members of accounting team (1 hour and 30 minutes)

Main Job Responsibilities:
• Primary accountant for 20 businesses acquired by Premier.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Lead and perform core accounting functions, including revenue reporting and month-end reconciliations.
• Interpret and communicate results to shareholders within the company including management, operations, and center directors.
• Leverage financial systems for continuous improvement. These include NetSuite ERP, Paylocity, Concur and Mineral Tree/ Bill.com AP Automation.
• Work with multiple stakeholders. This role will be a key partner with business units while also working closely with Premier management and private equity investment firm partners.
