Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking an IT Intern This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic IT professional who is passionate about early childhood education.

To be QUALIFIED for this position, applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree Computer Science program or related field.

Required Shift:20-24 hours per week on- site; Monday and Friday required in corporate Downtown, Chicago office located at 120 S. LaSalle St. Chicago, IL 60603

Compensation: $15.80 per hour

Our Hiring Process:

Resume screen
Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes)
On-site interview with Chief Information Officer (45-60 minutes)

Main Job Responsibilities:

Deploy and manage process for hardware acquisition and configuration.
Provide excellent customer service while finding solutions to user’s PC issues.
Execute Tier 1 Help Desk user support for PC or applications issues from start to finish.
iPad Management
Other duties as assigned.
