Our Hiring Process:
- Resume screen
- Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes)
- Virtual interview with Accounting Manager (45 minutes)
- On-site panel interview with accounting team members (60-90 minutes)

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Payroll Specialist will lead the payroll process for 40 centers. This includes correspondence with operations team members, updating payroll system for employee changes, executing processing of payroll in a timely manner.
- Monitor shared payroll mailbox and resolve issues as they arise.
- Coordinate new state tax ID applications for acquisitions.
- Work with tax authorities to resolve payroll tax notices and open issues.
- Work across departments to implement payroll process improvements.
- Collaborate with Accounting Team on ad hoc payroll-related projects.
- Become authority within Premier on payroll system (Paylocity) and work closely with Paylocity Account
- Manager to ensure procedures are scalable with Premier’s growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
