Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duties:

- Perform general accounting duties, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, and payroll

- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

- Conduct financial audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations

- Utilize accounting software (e.g., Sage) to record and process transactions

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions

- Assist with tax preparation and filing

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in account analysis and reconciliation

- Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting

- Familiarity with financial auditing procedures

- Excellent understanding of general ledger accounting

- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Sage)

- Ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports
