Property: Corporate Position Overview: The Operations team supports our Property Management Leadership team, including our Regional Managers, VPs, and COO in directing the overall management and maintenance of apartment communities throughout the country, in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Respond to and satisfactorily resolve internal and external support tickets and emails
Assist with maintaining and completing company reporting templates
Assist with internal and external audits, including lease documents, monthly property audits (such as insurance, scheduled billing, and leases), accounting functions, systems and processes, and communicating these results to stakeholders
Assist with administration of systems, including setting up new properties, updating settings, and managing user access
Address complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional fashion
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google business applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs/Sheets)
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent communication/people skills
