Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency is Hiring a Human Resources Assistant For Agency Near Wethersfield, CT

We have per diem shifts available now in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities!

NHCA is Hiring a Part-time HR Assistant for their Agency, Preferred Professional Services.

PPS Agency supports our Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation Centers in six states.

Responsibilities:

Administrative responsibilities to assist the department.
Conduct preliminary phone interviews for Agency per diem and temp employees. (RNs, LPNs, and CNAs)
Complete reference checks
Run Backgrounds for all 6 States we have Long Term Care/Rehab Centers using DISA.
Facilitate the online onboarding process through iCIMS.
Create ads to place on job boards.
Work closely with the Director.
This is in our PPS Office in the Wethersfield area.

Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:

Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
onboarding: 1 year (Preferred)
Staffing Agency: 1 year (Preferred)

Experience working in an agency environment preferred.
Experience using job boards.
Previous experience recruiting and assisting with onboarding processes.
Strong communication and customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in iCIMS is helpful.
Experience working in a team environment.
